Hall Combatives Foundation is based on the premise of "Women and Children 1st" while utilizing the experience of prior military, law enforcement, former first responders, and the experience of "Survivors of "Horrific Acts" to be a proactive force to Educate, Teach, Locate, Rescue, and Reintegrate those who have been Victims of Horrific Acts,  Human Trafficked or Taking Involuntarily.
