Master Carbajal has been working with at-risk youth for over 15 years in the city of Surquillo, Peru, and has about 70 children who come to his classes. Over 40 children cannot afford to pay for the classes and services, yet no children are left behind.

Master Carbajal is like an adjunct parent for many of these children and helps to protect them against the violence that plagues their homes, the streets, and the barrio.

​

Mast Carbajal provides a structured disciplined environment to help these young children become more self-aware of their situations in addition to providing after-school programs that help these children from being left alone in these dangerous areas.

 

Due to the increase of refugees from Venezuela, there have been many more children needing help, as many have no clothing, proper nutrition, or basic needs because of the poverty situation their oppressive government has put them in.

​

Master Carbajal has not turned any children away but needs help to keep providing and increase assistance for proper nutrition.

​

Peru doesn’t provide any financial help to offset these costs and there is no welfare support system in Peru, therefore the children suffer the most. Many of these children need proper nutrition and need school supplies, clothing, and a proper meal.
